Blood?!?

Ok theres is this spot on my penis , which im pretty sure is blood.
its right underneath the skin.
its dark and red tinted, its really small.
but its not like its bleeding underneath, it stays the same size.
is it a blood clot? from like a vein burst or something?
its doesnt hurt its just a little itchy.
what should i do???

I sometimes have little dark blood spots under the skin where I was circumsized.....why did't they just leave me natural!

As an athletic trainer I see this at lot at where I work sometime it can be a chigger but yes quit jacking and see if that help but go to the doc
