okay I REALLY need to start exercising. I realized that after gym class. Could barely play badminton
I want to start out doing something that won't leave me exhausted. Usually I won't do it because I can't or it leaves me really tired. Can anyone give me a suggestion on what to do? Something really simple. Would push ups work? uh, I'm bad at push ups. never mind
I also hate running, but maybe I can walk?
edit: I can't do most yoga type stuff. my balance is horrible

Dude, do ZUMBA. I'm not one of those fitness obsessed people. I don't have the urge to always work out. But I love Zumba just because it's dancing. You should be able to find a class somewhere near you since classes are sprouting up like daisies. If not, get the game, or the video. It's dancing. It's fun. I try and go at least once a week, if not more, sometimes less when I have to work non-stop.
1000 calories burned per class (If your class is one hour long). (:
Music is the key ingredient to Zumba classes.[citation needed] The score, created with specific beats and tempo changes, transitions the workout from one toning, strengthening or cardio move to another, and targets every major muscle group in the body.
There are different types of Zumba classes:
Zumba—The original Zumba class including basic rhythms like merengue, foxtrot, salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, waltz, tango, samba.
Zumba Gold—This is designed for the older adults.[8]
ZUMBA Toning—This class focuses on calorie-burning and strength-training. Participants use weighted, maraca-like Zumba Toning Sticks.
Aqua Zumba—This is for ages 14+ and is similar to water aerobics.[9]
Zumbatomic—for girls and boys ages 4–12. It incorporates urban dance styles like hip hop, reggaeton and pop with concepts such as coordination, discipline, confidence and teamwork.

I think you should just start with any activity that you enjoy and will do on a consistent basis.

Yeah, just start walking. If you live in a big enough area, walk for and long. Go for a two hour walk a few times a week and possibly work up to a light jog. You need to believe me, this will work. Bring water as well. I do this a lot during the summer and fall.
