So in about 6 or so months I've lost quite a bit of weight, almost 30 pounds. Major major restricting. Keep in mind I was overweight. I still am.
So I was on the ABC diet for a while, then I stopped and just kind of restricted. Not too terribly bad. 900 or so a day.
Then for the last month I've had the WORST cravings and I actually gained about 5 pounds but I shed them and then one in about a week, my friend's house is such a detox lol. I've just wanted to shove my face with everything around. Major bingeing. Normal people would be ashamed.
I want to go back to my ABC dieting ways but I don't know if I'm allowed to get ana tips, lol, if I am shoot.
Any way to kill cravings? To get back on a regular, 1200 diet?
Help!

I doubt doing this ABC diet will help you much. By the time you finish you'll be craving more and more things. I tried to stop eating one time, but it doesn't help because you start getting really hungry and crave almost anything. I think changing your diet like eating plenty of fruits and vegetables and drinking lots of water will help more than the ABC diet. Cutting back on meals can help though, but not as severe as your doing it. :/ I'm sorry if i sound mean, but this is sorta scary.

The best way to kill cravings is to eat a decent amount. Eat three meals a day with snacks in between. Get the calories your body needs and you won't be so tempted to binge.

If you want to get rid of cravings, then take Kathy's advice. Don't, and I repeat, DON'T do the ABC diet. I've attempted it countless times and it made me so ill. I've blacked out a lot as a result of it too. No one completes it anyways, virtually everyone ends up binging at some point.

If you still want to lose weight, eating 1,200 - 1,500 calories (you can actually eat a lot for that amount of calories if you eat the right stuff) and exercising is probably the best way to go.

Thank you all <3 Today I've had a bowl of cereal, half of a piece of pizza, and some tortilla chips and sour cream. Am I doing okay?
