My knee aches all of the time but its only my left one
it always hurts at work and when iv been on it for a while
i can run for about a mile without it hurting but as soon as i get on a bike it seizes up. im not even on for a minute
i am only 19 but my mother and nan on the same side both have arthritis and im wondering if it could be that
if so would a knee brace help relive it at al?
