Hey for a wile now i have been unable to download any torrents, i have tried from multiple places and always get the same "access denied" error. If one of you could tell me what i have done, and if there is a way to fix this, i would be most appreciative. I know that some sites require that you maintain a certain upload download ration, but I think i have been getting this error from all of them.

P.s. For any federal agents out there this is in no way a confession that i use Utorrent, or any other torrent program to download copyrighted material.

ah it kinda looks like a IP ban/ or member thingy. theres a website i go a lot for torrents but only registered members can download it, and the members must have a ratio of 1.0, heres mine Example:http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e223/Charatman/untitled-13.jpg
any lower than one i get a restrictive download and must upload as much as i downloaded.
the torrent file you've got must have been used in many different sites but the same torrent file is used in the downloading process,

I don't think it is that, b/c i just tried to download a torrent on another comp on my network, and it worked. I think there is some program conflicting. But i gusse it isn't as big a deal, now. As long as there is a computer i can download them on, it doesn't have to be mine.

Only one i got is windows firewall and i have Utorrent on the exceptions list. Unless AVG or Ad-Aware SE Personal has a firewall i don't know about. It couldn't be my router, b/c like i said another computer on my network is able to download torrents.
