In your experience, what does this line tend to mean?

Personally if I said that it'd probably mean no but I like you too much to just say that.
However it could have meant yes or maybe depending on the girl if she is shy maybe she didn't want to just say yes.
So my advice would be either too just ask again, or just wait and see.
