Well usually puberty usually stops around 19, so you should have plenty of time left.

So you know, accepted average erect size is usually between 3.75 inches and 6 inches.

Accepted functional penis size is accepted as 3inches to wherever, however the average is not 3.75, lol. 5in-7in (or 6.5) is an average. If you have a small penis, there is nothing to worry about. A good girl/guy shouldn't like you for your penis, and if they do you know that they're the wrong person for you.
