Well, let's say I'm afraid to go to sleep tonight because I know I'm just going to have another nightmare.

That nightmare is going to have me paranoid all day.

My school work is getting difficult...which makes me feel stupid because I'm supposed to be "smarter than that."

I'm so fucking pissed off.

I miss my old self.

I'm barely eating again.

I've relapsed.

I don't know why this is all happening again.

What do I do? Do I just...pretend to be happy? I'm not bringing therapy back into our house and we can't keep going to councelors because insurance only pays for 1 at a time.

Nevermore

Try reading something or watching something positive before you go to sleep. Doesn't always work, but it might. If you think bad thoughts, try to think good thoughts. Try saying to yourself, I'm going to have a good night sleep. Play perhaps softly some meditation music while you sleep. For school, try seeing your teacher and asking her/ him for help on your homework or find a study buddy in your class. You're not stupid. I get help all the time. I know easier said then done, but try to eat small amounts. I feel like I"m a hypocrite. However, eating improves mental state and your capability with dealing with things. Do you have a guidance counsler at school? They are there to talk to for things like this, and they are free!! :) (hugs) I'm here if you ever want to talk I know what you're going through, your not alone!
