Ok so I have always been a picky eater, and now at 13, I still am, and I don't eat meat cause I don't like it, for example, I hate hamburgers, hotdogs, steak, etc. However I like vegetables and fruits, but still, I eat only a small variety of foods. It's embarrassing to eat somewhere else cause I don't like any of the other foods. And now in health class we're learning about nutrition, and I feel like I don't eat enough of what I need. And I'm nervous, can anybody give me some advice. I feel like I'm forgetting some info, so if you need to ask direct questions, I'll answer them
Thanks

Take vitamins if you're worried. My best friend is sort of like you, except he doesn't really eat fruit and vegetables. :P But he takes vitamins and shit. It seems to work well for him.

I'm sixteen and a horribly picky eater.
Vitamins are a good alternative. I hate fruits and vegetables to the point where I'll throw up if I try to swallow them. I also drink blended carrots and apples to get some healthiness in, and since it's strained I don't choke on the chunky bits. Sadly I don't think you'd enjoy blended meat.
It does get embarrassing when you have to refuse food someone made because you don't like it.

You're just a fussy eater. There's fack all wrong with this lol.
As has been said, if you're worried about getting the recommend spectrum of vitamins, look into natural supplements you could possibly take along with w/e diet you eat atm.
