Apparently, the whole area around the reactors ( simply, Fukushima ) is being evacuated as the radiation level becomes very lethal. However, in order to cool the reactor and buy people some time, 50 hardened scientists and engineers stayed at the reactor to prevent another "Chernobyl"
These 50 men are now called kamikazis as they don't have a chance of survival after staying that long in Fukushima reactors, the radiation will eventually end their lives but they may be the only chance to prevent a nuclear catastrophe.
The current radiation level in the reactor is 250 Sv, which is five times bigger than the maximum level humans are allowed to absorb.
The reactor's current danger level is 6, only 1 level below Chernobyl...
