Ok, I've been cutting for about a year. I haven't cut myself as much as I did on Sunday. I haven't cut myself where you can see the veins either. But on Sunday I cut basically every peice of skin I can find where you see the veins, not hair. It's the hairless part. But on Monday it started stinging. Yesterday and today it started itchy. And everytime I go touch it, it starts stinging again. Is that normal?

I'm guessing the cuts weren't that deep. The itching is most probably the wounds trying to heal.

*Lost My Way* has this one covered. If the cuts werent very deep then the itchiness is caused because the wound is trying to heal.

Yea, most of my cuts are healed now. Does anybody know why healing itches? That doesn't make sense to me but oh well.

My guess would be that nerves are correcting themselves after being severed and thats what causes the itching, just a guess though.
