Penis problem!

Ok well half of my penis is like anyone elses. The half closest to the head. But the other half is the same type of skin as the ball sack, same texture, hair, every thing. Well does anyone know what it is or is anyone like me. If you don't know or are not like me please don't post. Only post if you have valuable info.
