For me it would be personality, face and body (boobs =p)

Gah! Idiot girls are just... Euchhh.

Boys: Brown hair, striking blue eyes (brown eyes are good too), good atheletic build, fit, toned and muscled (but not super veiny), a nice, not to large ass, and large feet. Oh, and as all or taller (preferably taller) than me: 6'1".

Girls: the face is what gets me, other than that have to be tall and atheletic, and a toned and smallish butt.
