17 year old sister still stronger than u?

Yes she might be a blackbelt and is in weightraining in highschool, she can bench 160 pounds, but still she's 5 ft. 1 but it always seems when we try to fight she dodges every punch i throw at her just recently i threw 5 punches at her she dodged all of them then jump kicked me in the gut and made me puke then punched me in the face and contiously bitch slapped me, is it that im weak or my sister is one tough bitch?
