new stage of puberty?

Recently i have noticed that new stuff is happening to me for example im not having to jo as much as i used to, im starting to get more armpit hair to where the point it is noticeable my dick just went from 5 to 6 inches, is this the beggining of a new stage?

Well, jacking off doesn't have much to do with the stage of puberty you're in, you're just not as turned on by it as you were. The same thing is happening with me too; I used to jack off about twice a day, but lately I could go for days without jacking off.
As for the growth in your dick and armpit hair, you're probably in the late stages of puberty now, where your body hormones are leveling off and you stop growing.

puberty just kind of comes and goes in spurts. Sometimes I go through stretches where I only wank maybe 1-2 times a week, and sometimes like 2-3 times a day. I am barely 20 and I still have hair popping up in new places.

I think it might be a start of a new period for you (not a girl's period!). Um, I think that as guys get older, they jack a little less than us horny 13-16 year olds! :)

Some of it has to do with them being more busy and the hormones wear off too.
