how do you create a group for people to like follow and stuff??

Be a member for 3 months, and have at least 250 posts. Until then, some people are generous enough to create the group for you until you are capable of owning it yourself. Just ask around. :)

Yes, it's 500 posts. I don't recall them ever lowering it.
