im 13 and have been in puberty since about 11 1/2. Abput a year ago i noticed a lump about the size of a give or take quarter nickel (idk).
But its tender only when i push on it and it makes my nipple stick out so they look weird. I'm uncomfortable with how it looks and a lil scared.
is it puberty related and will it go away?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

i have never had this problem
if it is bothering you i would tell your parents
they will only be looking at your nipple not your junk so you shouldnt be too nervous :)

If you're overweight then it could be Gynecomastia. However, if you're of a healthy weight then it is normal for lumps of tissue, known as knots, to form around the chest area. Most people find that they form around the ages of fifteen, when their muscles start to developed properly, which could be a sign of early muscle development.
It cold take anywhere from a month to five years to sort itself out, and although its uncomfortable, it's advised you don't play with it.
Also, if any noticeable changes of any sort occur, I'd recommend seeing a doctor.

Good luck and chin up. Xx

Its a hormonal problem, due to puberty. I had them & was worried like you, but they will go away. If you have further concern speak to your doctor. Because of all the hormones running through your body, some buildup forming tissue, but will disappear soon.
Ps. Im not overweight, im actually athletic.. i guess it can happen to anyone.
