So, I use to cut alot to get rid of the pain, My arms still have a few scares but its been over a week now and I havnt :D I found that telling the people who were pissing me off how I felt and just standing up for myself helped! Not taking shit, and focusing on good things in my life, and when I got stressed, I'd just kinda put my head on the table and count to ten...

I just thought I would say how I've stopped and even though I do sometimes feel the need to do it, Im not gunna hopefully :) If my tips help anyone, YAY! Just try to see why your doing it, resolve it and replace the need with something else :P WOOP WOOP x
