Not many can reply to this, I bet.

Anyway, I always overlooked acoustic instruments, but I have grown an interest in them.

I have been listening to bands like Six Organs of Admittance, Esper, Stone Breath.

But they are so folky in their composition.

I like something that provokes fear and sense of choking darknees and cold, gritty eerieness - aka warm heroin in your veins. And that kind of guitar work.

The closest thing that I got is Black Forest/Sea. Oh and Silent Hill opening theme song.

Behold a new traveler by The Goner. Needs more listeners badly.

The beginning acoustic of Sun Baked Snow Cave (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HpHAVIGmLL8).

Geometry Of Business (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MjOmBzaQOu0).

Check out the album "Where at Night the Wood Grouse Plays" by Empyrium. Very atmospheric, dark, eerie. Agalloch has allot of nice acoustic tracks that are like that. The White EP is a good example of that. Reminds me of snowy weather.

The album 'Drinking Songs' by Matt Elliott is pretty depressing and dark, full on acoustic. The album pretty much sets exactly the mood you'll find. Songs to drink yourself to death to. Don't actually do it though.

I know I'm going to get shit for this one, but Days Of The New's first album was an amazing depressive acoustic album, but also grungey.

Those are nice track. And most certainly will get those albums.

That's all? I should get myself a guitar.

Anyone else? No? Man, I should join some music forum.

I have this track called Fluke by Third Troll. Really amazing.
