Show-off!

This last weekend at our wrestling tournament a guy about 13 stood back at the urinals and let it all (even balls and bush) hang out over his singlet for while after peeing.. What do you do when there is a show-off around? I enjoyed peeking but was afraid others behind me would notice. So I finished quick and went to wash up. He obviously didn't care as he was looking around to see if we noticed. So....what would you do? Is showing off normal in puberty?

i wouldn't make him notice the attention just ignore him would be the best but if you liked it then like stare but make him hard to notice you are watching. and yeah they are normal at least at my school.

It's pretty rare that some dude does that. Generally they're kinda insecure but feel like they have got something to show off. You didn't mention if the dude was packin, but he obviously thought he was. Like the others mentioned, just take a look and you don't have to be subtle - he obviously wants you to. If you feel bold, you could say "Nice piece, dude!" He'll either enjoy the compliment or be embarrassed as fuck.
