My friend is being a negative a-hole again. He always just points out my mistakes and reminds me of the wrong things i did in the past. He always has some reason to make what i say wrong and what he says right. It's just so annoying. Yeah, he's still my friend but it's seriously irritating me. It's hard to fight with him though because if I become enemies with him, he'll make my life a living hell. What should I do? Please help :(

Have you talked to him about this? Friends don't argue or fight. Have you told him that you are bothered by this? You should talk this out with him. Let him know where you are coming from. If you want a good friendship with this person, you have to let them know how you feel as well. You shouldn't have to question your friendship, or question your friends actions. That means that the friendship isn't going well. If you want to be friends with this person, you have to let them know how you truly feel about this, and be honest with them.

I did tell him once or twice but he always says it's my fault and he always makes me look like the bad guy so whenever I try to defend myself, he twists my words and I end up having nothing to say anymore. My other friends agree that he gets bitchy but i have no idea why they don't wanna confront him about it. Ugh. If I could only have a set of better friends, i would.

Doesn't sound like a great friend you have there..
Maybe you should try talking to him one more time?
How would he make your life a living hell?

Friends are supportive and there for you when you need them, have your back and should make you feel better about mistakes you make or help you to avoid them. It kind of sounds like he uses you to make himself feel better. Don't cut him off, but it sounds like hes someone you should let drift away from your life. Slow down talkin texting or hanging out with him. Talk to other people and look for other friends.
