No matter how much you don't see it

You're too stubborn to admit

It's the perfect love story
Once best friends, that grew apart
Found each other once more
When is your relationship gonna start?

Her love story is complicated
Filled with confessions and heart break
All of his lies to her
Are causing her heart to ache

She swears she doesn't like him
I know she's lying
How do I know this?
Because sometimes, I can hear her silently crying

He tells his friends he doesn't like her
As more then a friend
But when she lost a family member
He made her laugh and smile to no end

But they have their moments
He touches her back
And she cracks a smile
They stay like that for a little while

But when do I get that chance?
To find someone who I can be happy with
Someone who'll make me laugh, and cry
Someone who'll light up the sky

Its the one thing I want
I'm silently hoping
That one day, I too
Can get my happy ending

Writers block? If that happens take a break from the project you're working on and either spend some time away from the pen or work on a smaller poem, just to get fresh ideas flowing.
