Going commando means that when you get dressed, you just do not wear underware. To me going commando do not apply to going to bed.

I go commando sometimes. When I wear jeans it depends on if they are shinny jeans - they rub too much. I can't go commando when I horny cuz my dick shows too much, or I have to wear my shirt untucked to hide it. I sometimes wear basketball short, but again I can't be horny. I have my house's whole basement mostly to myself so I can walk around in practically anything I want to wear. It's definitely much more comfortable to sleep without underwear, especially when you're getting a boner in the night, because a boner in tight underwear hurts me a lot. Kinda bit awkward though when your mom is waking you up and you can't stand up right ahead because she will see your boner

between 10 and 15 years old, I never slept with underwear on. I had to sleep with shorts or sweats on, but never underwear. It was way too uncomfortable and constricting. But the past 2 years I would wear boxers to sleep in only. I hate boxers when I go out with jeans on. I wear boxer briefs when I'm dressed.
