i am 15 yrs old i have just started masterbaiting, i have a 5.8-6in penis(when erect), i dont use lube and it has been irritating my skin...

does the size of my penis effect the irritation?

I'm about 7 erect and I must ALWAYS use lube. If I try to j/o without it my dick gets really irritated. I usually just use lotion, but you can buy lube at a drug store or you could try using hair conditioner - I would stay away from soap though :)

Are you cut/uncut? that usually makes a difference.

i am un-cut and i have used lube once and it was okay but i dont like having to clean it all up after...
should i do it before i take a shower or in the shower?
