Okay so i've got a problem. Even if it doesnt sound like a problem it is. I eat alot but i don't gain any weight... the only time i do is when i get taller atm im 6'3" 145lbs i wanna get up to 180 because im so freaking thin! I assume its because i have a high metabolism, my mom did and so did my dad. Any suggestions?

You answered your own question. It's your metabolism.

You could try a protein shake after every meal, your body will burn the calories from the protein before burning your calories from your food

Metabolisms can be based on genetics or just in your lifestyle. People with high metabolisms usually are healthy eaters and do a lot of physical activity, while people with lower metabolisms typically have a more sedentary lifestyle.
To gain wait, you'll want to change the foods you are eating and depending on just how fast your metabolism is, increase the amount of calories you are consuming.

Boys have higher metabolisms than girls, for the most part. You didnt say how old you were, if you are 14 or 15, even 16, you are fine at 145 lbs.
