The font bugs me, only when it's white, though. And the blue lines seem really out of place.

I agree with Jake, neither the font nor the blue lines really compliment this piece at all.
Also, you over sharpened the clouds, and as a result the look gritty and unappealing. As for the smoke, it looks fine around the focal; however, it doesn't look right in the manner that it flows around behind her/his head.
The color scheme, especially around the hand is very nicely down, but I can't say I'm fond of the red. The burning is more of a vibrant orange than anything else.

Overall it's nice, but could be better.
