The only reason i am asking is i have three scars on my wrist (some from 8 months ago and some from 2 Months).
and i am only allowed to wear a tshirt for work and NO jewlery at all.
i thought i might be able to cover it all up with a burn so it just looks like one acident.
can anyone help?
or give me an alternitive

No, salt and ice isn't any safer than cutting.
It's still self injury.

Just use some bio oil on your scars, that's what my cousiin does on the ones that are on revealed skin.

salt and ice burns are nasty. I certainly don't recommend it.
Bio oil wouldn't do anything if you need them to be gone within a week, but foundation is surprisingly good if you have the right shade. It doesn't need to make them completely fade, but they can make them less visible, so you'd have to look directly at them or know they're there to notice them. Bio oil really does work. It'll take about 2/3 months for it to really show results, but it's worth it.

you know what a salt & ice "burn" is, right?
the salt fucks with the freezing temp of the ice, and it pretty much deep-freezes your skin...you get localized, not-too-serious frostbite, but it does really fuck up your tissue.
as in, it freezes your skin, rupturing the cell membranes, yadda yadda yadda.
if you really feel compelled to do it, don't leave it on for long.

Geeez
I thought it would only make a white patch on my skin to hide the scars on my wrist
I guess you never really know what damage you could be doing
Btw i tried the foundation out today and it made them look alot better. I didnt even feel uncomfortable with the being on show :)
Btw the ice didnt work anyways and i would NOT recommend it!
