iv recently started my first proper job and all night one of my managers was saying
"he really needed to see me"
or to
"Make sure i had a word with him in his office before i went home"
i wasnt bothered about untill i realised my wrist was on show
and was terrified he was going to say something
turnes out he only wanted me for my passport number but it got me thinking
would something like this affect your employment?

It can, depending. If you've got a casual part-time at Tesco, it's different than being in business or something. It'll often affect GETTING a job, but I've never even been pulled aside by my manager at Starbucks about it. You should be fine, as long as you're careful.

Hi Dark Defender,
This should not effect your employment status and if something does arise from the injuries this is classed as discrimination of workers and would be taking serious if you were to fight your case if something was to happen,

No as everyone else has said he isn't allowed to sack you for that, it's illegal so he probably wouldnt risk it. However try to keep the cuts covered as it could affect your colleagues and customers attitude towards you, which you won't want.
