Not happy with VT

im not quite a new member
i have been one for a few weeks now
i decided to change my user name and for a about a week everything was fine then i come on and its gone back to my old name and all my old statuses
and it seems they have deleted every post i made with my new name
so iv had to make a complete new logon
also having to create a new email acount cause my one was already in use!
just a little annoyed if anyone can sort it out for me it would be greatly apriciated.

There was an issue in changing servers, so everything from the last few days got deleted, posts, vms, pms, rep, name changes. Nothing much can be done about it at this point, sorry.

My whole account was deleted, all of my friends gone, everything. Believe me, you dont have it as bad as some =P

There's been quite a few announcements about this recently. If you ever see anything in this (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=133) forum, read it immediately as it always has something to do with the site and usually very important. Here (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showthread.php?t=97580) was the announcement that was made so it was all reputation, vm's, pm's, posts, threads virtually everything within a 5 day period was wiped. It's been quite an issues with the server move, but rest assured we're getting it all taken care of, if you have anymore issues after this point feel free to contact me and I'll gladly help you with the situation. Thanks for your patience, this isn't a re-occurring thing here on VT.
