okay so my bff anna and i are about the same size, healthy weight and size for our age, and we spend a lot of time at eachothers houses cos we are practicay sisters.
but her mum is insisting that anna is fat. Annas mum has a gastric band so she's really thin and cant eat much, and whenever i come round to her house she gives dirty looks at us while we eat.
Just because she cant eat, why is she trying to stop us?
its like shes trying to control annas life, she's been spending more time at my house now because of it, and she has 'FAT' cut into her hand..
Is there a way i could show her mum what she's doing to us? :/

Well for a start you can tell Anna that self harming isn't going to help her situation, it'll just give her mother another reason to be hurtful towards her.

It's not really your place to start protesting against how a parent treats their daughter directly to them, but perhaps you could ask Anna to find help from someone such as a councillor? It sounds like if her mother has had a gastric band then she had issues with herself to begin with and could now be taking that out on her daughter - just a suggestion.
