I was just wondering how early can someone start working out?

I would think 14 or 15, mabye even 13, is a good time to get going. But just make sure you don't over-do it from the beginning. You don't want to damage a body part permanatly.

Well your muscles aren't officially done developing till you are done with puberty, but I started weight lifting in 7th grade (that's the kind of thing our P.E teacher made us do) and I turned out great. So I think around 13 or 14 is perfect age.
