Maybe we should have a new area where only the people who have joined in the past 30 days are allowed to access so the "new people" can all find their way around the site and share advise to other people etc..

No i mean a new area where just the new people can access and make friend with people who have joined recently too and there are help forums specifically for them etc

Agreed with Donkey. This is really a meaningless idea. People who have joined in the past 30 days arent exactly the ideal source of help for others who have joined recently. There's nothing wrong with the system as it is. Let's keep it that way.
