small white bump

Hey guys I have a small white bump on my penis right under the base of the head. Its white, and in an oval shape. It is only about 3 or 4 mm wide and 2 mm tall. It doesn't hurt to touch or during masturbation, but when i tried to pick it off (like i would do with a pimple), it was unsuccesful. It just seems like tough, thick skin that grew over other skin, but I'm not sure. I tried neosporin for a few weeks, but it didnt help. What is it and what should I do about it?

I had some thing similar to this, but it was in the middle of the penis not below the head. It went away eventually after roughly two weeks. Although it did come back in the same spot, it went away again. So wait another week and see how you stand. If it's still there, then I suggest you first talk to older brother, dad, and worst case senerio mom (gulp!). They will take it from there and recommend what to do. You may have to go to the doctor if it doesn't go away.
