They wanna send me to a psych ward?

Just got back from my psych, they wanna "keep in touch" with me and send me to a psych ward :cry2: I'm freaking out now.

Why would they wanna do that? I'm not that bad just a little down :confused:

Anyone have any experience of psych wards on the NHS in the uk? What are they like? How are you treated? What happens there?

Who, What, Where, When, Why I know but I'm starting to freak out about it :cry2:

I was sectioned for about 2 weeks about 4 years ago now after 2 continuous suicide attempts. I'm not gonna put everything here but tbh it terrified me enough to never want to go back. Though to be honest it could be different if you willingly agree to go, plus you're a bit older than what i was so you might make more sense of it. If you need to talk Nat I'll see you on msn later, don't worry too much alright? As hard as that is it won't make anything better it'll just make you more worked up.

I'll try not to worry but, I dont know. I walk in the room and theres not one, but to psychs and a doc :eek:

When they told me about going back to hospital I just started to "zone" out as if I didnt wanna know. I've been freakin out all day :(
