happened to think of this when I choose a shirt for my bf
If a man wears this pink shirt (http://www.dealstudio.com/searchdeals.php?type=id&q=d219691&ru=27705021)
is he considered a real man?
or is he considered gay?
Does it have to do with the attitude or something?

Attitude of people who see him wearing it. And I wouldn't say manly/real man but maybe not gay. Depening on if the shirt had dark colours along with the pink being a dark pink. From the thumbnail on the link it looks like a top you'd wear under a suit that a typical buisnessman would wear. If it is then, in that case, I don't think that really matters (the top) that much. But, hey, Idk.

Neither tbh. It's just a colour. :)

I've never really understood how a color is a 'boy' color or 'girl' color. It's a color.

I don't think that shirt will dictate your sexuality. It looks good actually. And yes, it's all about the attitude of the person wearing it and how he carries himself while wearing the shirt.

I've never really understood how a color is a 'boy' color or 'girl' color. It's a color.Colours are assigned to attributes. Since girls and boys have different attributes, they also have specific colours assigned to them.

But for me, Shirts are OK. But pink T-Shirt with funny flowers on them?.... Nu-Hippies!

But gays comes in all shapes and colours, actually; from muscular brutes, to feeble sissies. So, it doesn't make a difference at all.

This basically.

I don't look at a man wearing a pink shirt and think "he MUST be gay". In fact, I barely take note of the colour shirt a man is wearing unless it's particularly nice or horrible. Some men, gay or straight, just don't suit pink shirts. I've seen many straight men wear pink shirts and I don't think "Hmm... Yes... Must be having an identity crisis!". As Katie said, to me anyway, it's just a colour. Even if as Farris said, they're associated in society with different genders, to me it's still for the most part just a colour.

neither. a color is a color, whoever decided to add masculinity and femininity to them was a dumb ass.

just because a boy or man is wearing pink doesn't mean he's gay. it's just a COLOR

It's no different then having a girl wear blue and not knowing if they're a true girl.

Everyone is right. A color is a color.

Well, it sure makes it easy to differentiate newborns in blankets at the hospital.

It's a nice shirt. I would wear it.

Ha, well yeah but it doesn't mean that pink should be only a girl color, it just doesn't really make sense to me.

Yeah I have never understood this how is pink gay. If I look at a girl in blue I don't automatically say "she's a lesbian"

But I don't have any pink. D:

Anyway, it's just a color. I don't challenge anybody's sexuality based on the colors they choose to wear.

Do I think they look manly or gay? They can look anyway and either way. It depends on the person. To me personally, guys wearing pink was just a fad from the early 2000's that somehow manages to stay active these days with gay guys. :P

*gives you a pink shirt* :3 You're welcome.

Sexuality is pinpointed by the person, not their appearance. :)

Why does it have to be manly or gay? To me it's just "normal". What difference does it make if a boy/man choose to wear something pink?
It's just a color ffs.

It doesn't say anything. It's a colour. I like to wear pink and I'm a guy. I consider myself straight. It jsut depends on how your carry yourself.
