I feel sick afterwards, why?

Basically I self harm, and lately when ever I have cut I have just burnt up and started to feel like I was gonna throw up. Sometimes I start to black out but I never seem to fall unconsiousse? I've only ever passed out once whilst cutting, but I fell out of the shower and woke up pretty quickly.

What I wanna know is why is this happening to me? The burning up and feeling sick has never happened to me, so why is it happeneing now?

Nothing that I dont usually do, I wash them with water but thats about it.

Do you clean the areas before? If not wipe down with rubbing alcohol.

Or you can stop cutting completely......think about it.

About ur problem: it could be because of blood loss which might lead up to hypoglaucemia (low blood sugar)symptoms can include nausia) im no doctor so this is pretty much all that i can suggest... Sry. :(

You have many major arteries around your body and you WILL die if u cut one

here's a better solution, don't cut yourself at all

Possibly like the others are saying and it's a loss of blood but you have to losse a heck of Alot to cause a problem considering when you donate blood they take a pint at a time
