So I am starting to play around with FL Studio. I want to start making rap beats and Dubstep type stuff. The link below is a short sample I made with some drums and what not, can I get some feed back? http://www.mediafire.com/?48l7bt76n9fcbjh

Rite, I do a little production of dubstep, dnb, uk funky and drumstep on FL Studio rewired with reason. Its alright as a start but try using VEC samples instead of the more than common FL default samples and packs.

Also don't start on something like rap, it is difficult to get right. Start with something housey like progressive.

If you need any dubstep tips, VM or PM me (I'm from the home of Dubstep - Croydon, S. LDN FTW!!!!!)

I'll listen to it. I used to use fl studio but switched to reason. I make beats also and reason sounds extremely clear. I use reason 5 with 1.5 record. It's about 500 dollars but I got it for my birthday. It's really cool because I can record vocals and make them sound like t-pain.

But fl studio is good too. And fl studio is not expensive like reason is. I'm going to listen to your stuff right now

I use audacity for my music. I make the beats, waves and etc. using nothing but audacity.
