So im uncircumsized.. and i have these small little bumps on the rim and under the rim of my penis. i have done some research on the internet about it and i believe it is pearly penile. idk if anyone else has thiss on here.. i have never hade sex but i have fingered a girl. the bumps are barely noticable but when i have an errection it is easier to see. they do not hurt or anything. justt anyonee think it is pearly penile with me?

Yeah its "pearly penile papules", I have it too and many other guys have them too. I dont think you have to worry about it.

For most it stays permanently, but fades away with age.

As for pearly penile papules, they are totally normal and are not at all harmful. If a girl (or boy) ever asks, just make sure you tell her that. I researched these a little a while ago - they're actually nerve endings, but only appear in some men. If they really bother you and you want them removed for cosmetic purposes, they can be removed with CO2 laser treatment - this is mostly safe however costs money and doesn't really seem to be worth it when they're harmless and don't make a difference, in fact removing them could decrease sensation. DON'T try applying toothpaste to treat them, while it may reduce them in the short term, chances are that they will come back and you will have lost sensitivity and possibly harmed your penis in that part of the head.
