Its a stretching technique, cant go into any more detail, google is your friend, but it carries a risk of damage if you do it wrong.

Isnt this a way to make you penis larger? I don't trust any of these penis enlargment things. I would stay away from this. It is very dangerous and it can make what you have already worse.

Yes it is very bad I think that is why it hurts when I Jo sometimes I tried it. It hurts so bad lol the only thing it did was make my head freakishly large

Yeah, it's just a stretching technique to lengthen and thicken the penis. It's very dangerous, so I don't recommend doing it as it can cause some major problems if you don't do it exactly right.
