Just a few of my mediocre pictures.
What do you think?

Well I'm going to be honest, happy for you to come back at me with questions or other responses.

The first photo does nothing for me, dull subject, just ordinary to be honest.

The second, well the lighting and colour are perfect. Its almost a beautiful shot, but the composition is wrong, its all too central. Good try, almost brilliant, just not quite.

The third one, well I love birds of prey, which they look like, but the birds are too distant to make it work.

I didn't like the third personally. Just the trees at the bottom looked cool.
Oh and I also liked how the sky changed so abruptly
These were just the mediocre one's I found scrummaging through all the pictures. I'll gladly put up more if anyone want's I was just too lazy, to do so already.

The last is definitely my favourite. It seems very much to encompass a particularly mellow and calm atmosphere - a Summers evening perhaps spent outside in the nature. The sun's light from the right and the trees blowing combined with the relative drama of the overhead birds just gives it a certain depth that I enjoy. I disagree with Nick and feel that the birds being distant actually makes it work - the picture feels very alien and I almost feel involved in looking up into the sky.

As for the first, I agree with Nick. It's a little mundane to be of particular interest but could make a nice stock photo if you ever needed one. The second I am relatively indifferent about.

Nick pretty much covered the first two for me. The first is just dull. The second is nice though, the color of the sky I love. If the birds would've been closer in the last picture, it would be great. I love it actually for some reason. The color change and little bit of the tree at the bottom. Keep shooting, you could be really great.
