There is no "set age," people develop at different ages and will be able to do so at different times as a result.

If you are having an orgasm (e.g. an overwhelmingly pleasurable experience where your entire body tenses) and at the same time a fluid is released from your penis, you are ejaculating. Pre ejaculate (or pre cum) obviously comes before ejaculation itself and will be clear, not white.

As for your edit, sperm count increases with development - it may begin as clear when you start ejaculating but you'll see it becoming whiter over time. It's just the amount of sperm in the semen.

If the liquid comes out at the time of your orgasm its an ejaculation, its cum. Some guys have clear cum at first due to the low sperm count. That's very common. As you get further into puberty your body will produce more sperm and that will make the cum whiter.

As said before Pre-Cum comes BEFORE you orgasm and is always clear because there was no orgasm to create pressure for sperm to escape the body. If you described it correctly then you did in fact ejaculate. And due to your age it was clear because your testicles don't produce enough sperm to change the color of semen from clear to white.

Yes, I read this confusion on here alot..Pre-cum only exists before you orgasm, any fluid during orgasm is ejaculate...however, precum "may" contain sperm in it, so if you read about guys thinking that pulling out is adequate birth control, it isn't. as sperm can be released in pre-cum, long before your orgasm.

It sounds like you ejaculated, pre cum is normally VERY clear and happens only before you cum, and most 13yo's don't have precum, you normally ejaculate before you precum anyway, so most likely you have had your first ejaculuation!! congrats :)

Yeah it sounds like its cum. Pre-cum is just that....pre. So if you had an orgasm and it came out then its cum. Mine was clear at first (i was twelve) then after about 4 months or so my cum was white. Everybody's different.
