Jehst, is one of the best UK guys out there. Kyza is really good too. And Skinnyman... get Council State of Mind, it's a classic imo.

There are some real oldies in that bunch. Especially Shelia by Jamie T. Most of these now have moved onto different genres - main example is foreign beggars who have moved on to dubstep. Just look for lines in wax by flux pavillion and they're over that.
