Its quite common not to get precum during masturbation. Most typically you would get precum if something was making you really horny for a period of time but there was no opportunity to relieve the situation. When it comes to sex its not important, if you get the foreplay right the girl will have more than enough lubrication for both of you, and for gay sex you're going to want extra lube anyway.
