you wake in the morning and all you want to do is cry because you don't see yourself as anyone special.

- you feel like you are worthless in the eyes of everyone

- you feel like you are a burden to everyone and think that your friends don't really love you but only care because they feel sorry for you.

- you feel like you are alone even though you are surrounded by people who care

- you feel rejected by everyone because somebody suggests that you are only feeling like this to seek attention.

- you feel like your girlfriend deserves much better because you are always so down and she doesn't deserve someone like that.

- you feel like you let everyone down all the time

- you feel like you are a waste of space and that not being here would be better for everyone.

this is how i'm feeling and i hate it and i wish all of those feelings would go away but they don't.

No one's perfect. These aren't your "true" friends if they think you're mostly wanting attention. Don't put yourself down so much. Talk to someone who's close to you. Many would care if you disappeared out of their lives. You just don't see it and it would hurt them a lot. We care to help you out and cope with your problems. Just keep your head up high and remember to talk to someone about your true feelings.

I hate to say it but I feel exactly the same. You clearly have very low self esteem which is what is causing you to feel like this. Which is a lot harder to solve than you'd think, just having people tell you you're wonderful won't solve it. You have to start believing in yourself. One thing I've been told to do is to write a list of 10 things I like about myself, it doesn't matter how long it takes you to do this ideally you could add at least one a day. Then you keep the list on you and whenever you feel like this you look at it.

Another thing is, do you have anyone to talk to parents, teacher, counsellor? If you tell them how you feel then they might be able to set you up with a behaviour counsellor who is trained to help teenagers with low self esteem.

If you ever need to talk, I'm here :)
