Sorry, but that didn't happen for me...I started growin pit hair at 12, voice didn't change till 14...different for everybody i think...

Not necessarily. It varies for each guy. I have armpit hair and my voice isnt that deep yet...

Every guy changes differently it just depends on how your body wants to grow. Some guys get body hair before their voice changes while others get it after. It's different for every guy.

Two parts of puberty being in the same "stage" (I assume you're referring to the tanner stages system) doesn't necessarily mean that they happen together for everyone and the chances are that often they won't. Puberty takes very different courses for different people, some will get armpit hair at the beginning and have their voice change significantly at the end, and some will have it the other way around. Neither causes the other, but they just happen. Tanner stages are a VERY rough guide, it's not worth paying much attention to them as they only work for a kind of average measure of puberty advancement.
