Anyway, I was just a tiny bit over 5" when I was 13.. Now I'm a bit over 6"(maybe 6.3 or so) and I'm going to be 15 pretty soon.

So I'd say you're about normal. Your one-eyed champ probably isn't completely done growing yet anyway.. Most 13 year old's aren't.
