Watch your calorie intake, basically to loose weight you need to burn more calories than you take in. Just eat healther (i.e. vegitables, *grilled & baked* chicken, eggs, nuts, salads. Fruits can be just as bad as other sugary things so be careful with them and don't get fooled by their health reputation) and exercise some to burn off the calories.

Running. It's proven to be the best for calories and weight gain. But that won't do the work for you, try and watch your calorie intake. Detox diets are fun too. They don't really help lose weight but it's good for general health. One you can do is try and go a few weeks on just fruits and vegetables.

Depends what way your willing to stick to. Either exercise and/or healthy diet. Although both are recommended it depends on what your own current physical well-being is and the likelyhood that your not going to cave.

Exercise. Working out and building lean muscle mass will burn more calories than just trying to calorie count what you're eating. Also if you increase your protein intake you will build muscle easier. Eat more chicken which has lots of proteins.

Burn more calories than you eat. I'm not saying don't eat. I'm saying don't be eating cheeseburgers and pizza every night. Eat healthier, and first start off exercising for about 20 minutes a day. Then slowly workout more and more. Don't start off too harsh and working out for hours at a time. It won't be good for your body.

Don't eat AFTER 6pm, eat a light dinner and don't snack between meals. Work out, try some zumba. (:

Actually snacking reduces weight gain. It all depends on what you snack on. You're better off to eat 6 meals per day, just make them small meals.
Don't eat within about 3 hours of going to bed.

Not eating four hours before you go to bed is probably the best thing you can do if you have a slower metabolism when you're a teen. Not saying that's all, but it's a major thing.
If you can cut out empty carbs and fats from your diet, you'll be better off aswell. Unsaturated fats and di- and polysaccharides (non-simple sugars) contain more energy and are better for you. Also, exercise! Try to utilize every area of your body - run, do squats, lunges, calve work, glut work, abdominal work, pec work, arm work. Simply running will not burn of that extra baggage nearly as fast.
Also, you want to keep healthy habits, so include green vegtables, fruits, an grains in your diet. Try googling the Paleolithic Diet, its interesting.
Good luck :)

ok here is a quick brief or you screw up your body, slowly decrease you food intake, if you jump it it will damage your imune system, dont have a "treat day" this is basicaly when you eat more, that causes imune system damage as confuses body, so you must maintain 1 diet, make sure you eat all 3 meals or will get very ill, eat less monounsaturated fats, these have a lot of low cholestorol (yes thats spealt wrong), have a maintained intake of polyunsaturated fats, and exercise using cardio gear so rowing, cycling, running, treadmill as they burn excess fat as energy suply to core muscles, weights will not do this so dont use weight technique
hope that helps

From what I have gathered. Your diet is really important in losing weight. Don't focus on eating so much less. Try to lessen 400 calories, from a recommended amount of calories, for your weight. Eat a lot more often (6x/day) and really cut down on the portions. This is hard being a teenager, that still goes to school. I think cardio is really good for losing weight but don't forget to build up muscle. Building up muscle, means that your body is consuming more calories, even though you're not doing excercise.

The word Diet is the worst word you can use when loosing weight, Go on a diet = dont listen to the person, you should NEVER make a straight edit to your Dietary habits(hehe I avoided my own rule using medical termanology) but basicaly changing what you eat straight away makes you ill, damages your imune system etc, what you do is you slowly change it but consistently eat what you eat (people say "treat days" which confuses your body making you ill) also exercising which walking and running are best as they "burn" fat easiest, biking is usualy thought to be a good way, but does nothing beneficial, so remember Exercise&Eat

I think swimming is the best way to lose body fats..
Experts suggest to swim instead of other exercises in order to lose body fats..

I'd recommend regular exercise as that is what works best for me. Cycling is a good sport to lose weight doing. When I cycled (maybe about 18 miles per every few days) I lost a lot of weight. And one of the best things about cycling is that you just play your iPod and let your mind wander.

You burn fat and lose weight by eating less calories than you burn. Do some running, limit your calorie intake. It's so simple, but very hard to do.

Diet and exercise are the only ways that also give you self-satisfaction.
