How do you know if an adult is being too friendly and has overstepped adult and adolescent boundaries?

As soon as you start feeling uncomfortable with what they're doing. I think really its common sense, and it depends on the ages of the people involved.

He's like 50 + something and the dean of students. He always comes up to me and talks to me. He doesn't do that with anyone else, and he talks about working out and I should work out with him sometime. He's like I'll supervise anytime you want to use the treadmill (our school has a treadmill). Today he talked to me for 40 mins and at the end he's just like you consider me your friend right? I'm like sure.... I'm just creeped out and paranoid.
There was another event like this one with a different guy. I work at a Christian summer camp and the camp owner would pull me and separate me from everyone else to go into the woods and talk about God and him not seeing me at church or seeing me at church. It was multiple occasions where he was pulling me away privately from everyone else. He also stalked my facebook and talked to me about my photos, and the comments people made.
Are these things ok? Because my mom and boyfriend are freaking out, and I felt uncomfortable with it.

Yeah this isn't right, you need to report this. Your mother and boyfriend have good reason to be concerned by the sounds of it.

Who do I report it too? And which incident, or both? Thank you for the help. :)

Im not entirely sure, definitely someone higher in authority than him. Report all the incidents, none of them really seem that normal to be quite honest.

That's really creepy. You should tell someone about this immediately before it goes too far. If it were me, I would just confront the creeper right there.
I know how it feels to have a teacher at school make you feel uncomfortable. Let's just say that there have been one or two teachers that have taken an "interest" to me...fucking eww.

i think your right, its just up to common sense and the age isnt really an issue if your uncomfortable with any age (to an extent) then thats when you should get out if that makes sense?

I told my parents, they think that because I've spoken to my guidance department about my depression, that she's probably informed the staff and he's just being friendly because they don't want me to get suicidal. Which to that, I was wtf?! I just feel like my parents aren't listening, if it goes any further with this guy, I have to take it somewhere, not sure who, I guess tell the principle or something.

Dont wait for it to go "any farther". Report it now and protect yourself. If you're feeling off, talk about it. This kinda thing is just NOT okay.

I'm going to talk to my mom about who to tell. He called me into his office yesterday to talk and then asked me what I was up to. I told him I was leaving for an academic meet, his reply is now I'm even more impressed with you. I think I will report this. Thank you Rebecka. :)
