So I ate a sandwhich yesterday. The whole thing, I usually eat half or no lunch at all. I felt sick afterwards and it's been going downhill from there. I actually got sick. I still feel like I"m going to throw up. I'm not sick. This happens to me a lot, don't know what to do. I just want to stop feeling so sick. I tried eating a salad today and some fruit, and felt so much worse. PLEASE HELP ME!! <3

Its still the non eating hun. You have to slowly up your intake, and you should go to the hospital, get this checked out.

You really think I should go to the hospital? I'm sorry I'm just terrified of hospitals and have cuts all over me and I'm terrified of being locked up. You're probably right though with it's from me not eating. I knew I shouldn't have ate the whole thing! >.<

I think Becky has hit the nail on the head. Although is there a chance it could've been a dodgy sandwich?

I do agree with Maliza but something else you need to look at is what you're eating. My sister was just diagnoised with an allergy to beef, she now cannot even smell it without getting an upset stomach. An Immunologist might be something to look into but I think the most important thing is that you need to eat but in slow moderarions. I would recommend going to this site http://www.mypyramid.gov/mypyramid/index.aspx (http://www.mypyramid.gov/mypyramid/index.aspx) and enter the information that it askes and then over the next FEW MONTHS try to make your way up to eating the suggested amounts.... I hope this helps.

Thanks guys. I know I'll ask my doctor next time I see her. If not my dad because he's a doctor. I just usually like avioding him, and he usually doesn't answer my questions. I don't think it was a bad sandwhich because my mom just went to the grocery store yesterday and then we made the things in the sandwhich with what we just bought, tomatoe, cheese, nan, mayo, salt, and pepper, and basil. *nom*

Its good that you're eating hun, but you still need to get checked out. This is definitely not a good thing.
