I noticed

I was going to post somting in the Suggestions thread, but I looked through it and found the question I was going to ask. Back on August 16-20, 2010 someone suggested adding something that would tell how much time before you could change your name. It got all postive feedback, but never an answer from the Mods, except, "I will look into this". What was the final result of this?
